How is MyBusinessAssistant
(MBA) different from other Virtual Assistant (VA) companies?
Although Virtual Assistance is one of the major
services provided by MyBusinessAssistant, we are different ! MyBusinessAssistant
believes that small and growing companies need multiple support
services to grow their business. In addition to general administrative
support, companies may need a complete professional phone answering
system, experienced accountants to take care of the books, payroll
and taxes, expert IT technicians to manage computers, or marketers
to help raise the company profile. MyBusinessAssistant, a service
management company, specializes in organizing all support requirements
into one proprietary support package which we developed called
“Centralized Virtual Support System” (CVSS).
Companies can take advantage of CVSS to build dynamically their
own virtual office.
My company needs only
one of the services you provide. Can I sign up for just one service?
Absolutely! In fact, most of
our clients start with one or two services. Once they become accustomed
to the benefits they receive by having MBA as their support partner,
and as demands on their business grow because of the time they
have freed-up as a result, they most often add additional support
services to their plan. Using MBA’s “Centralized Virtual
Support System” online portal, adding, changing, suspending
or canceling any service, at any time, is a matter of clicking
a button.
What About Pricing? How
do I know what this will cost me?
Every client is unique. You may need only one
service, or a combination of services. MBA always takes the time
to customize exactly to each individual client’s needs and
budget. Pricing depends on services you choose and how your company
will utilize those services.
For example: You company may need virtual assistant and phone-answering
services. Our specialists along with you evaluate what sort of
phone-answering needs are particular to your company. Will Virtual
PBX service be enough, or do you need a Live Receptionist answering
phones, or both? Similarly, we make sure we understand what kind
of virtual assistance your company needs. Is it just general administrative
support or you need any specialized business assistance along
with it. Can the assistance be made available from our USA based
team or our offshore team or a combination of both.
Once you and we are certain that your requirements are understood,
we are able to cater our services to your requirements, then will
we put together a proposal that outlines the pricing to provide
the agreed services.
Are your services offered
on a retainer basis, or a one-time project basis?
Due to the nature of our services,
most of our clients engage us on a retainer basis. At the same
time, we do perform many one-time projects and welcome one time
engagements too.
How do I cancel part,
or all, of my services?
For retainer clients, all services
are offered on a month-to-month basis. Your commitment is always
billed monthly. Agreed-upon services are automatically renewed
unless you cancel before the first of the month. And yes, everything
can be done online using our CVSS portal.
Can I temporarily suspend
some or all of my services?
Yes. You can suspend before
the beginning of any month and then resume when the timing is
right for you. For certain services, a small base fee may apply
to keep your account active.
What if (very unlikely!)
I don’t like the quality of your services after I sign up?
If we fail to provide what
we have promised to you in writing, or cannot meet your expectations
100%, we will fix it at no extra charge or refund your money.
Our goal is to go far beyond your expectations.
Can I try out a service
without signing up?
Yes. We offer free trial services
before signing up. However, if the free trial service of your
choice involves any sort of a company specific set up, we may
have to charge only for the set up. For many services requiring
such set ups (ie, websites), we do have demos to show you.
I need help at my office site. Does
MyBusinessAssistant provide on-site services?
It depends. If you need IT-related
services and signed up for our IT Assistant service, that is included
as part of your agreement.
Can MyBusinessAssistant provide Personal
Assistance ?
Yes. MyBusinessAssistant partners
with a national concierge company to provide unlimited personal
assistance via phone or email. This personal assistance service
can also provide on-site service. Maybe you need errands run for
you during your busy work day. Or possibly you need your dog walked.
Up to 3 people per client can take advantage of this service.
Does MyBusinessAssistant provide
its services from USA or from an Off-shore location ?
MyBusinessAssistant has the
big advantage of combining the on-shore and off-shore models to
provide our clients with best of both the worlds. There are certain
services like live phone answering, some of the Virtual Assistance
services, IT and accounting are always provided from our USA based
teams. At the same time, we believe that services like pure Data
entry, web development services can be provided from our India
based teams to keep the cost low. Therefore, our clients enjoy
both USA based and India based expertise to receive the services
at more reasonable price structure.
