A design is not only about the look and feel of a website. We take many factors into consideration while creating your design.

Understand the Overall Goals and Objectives of the Company:

In this step we spend time with senior management, preferably the owner of the company, to understand short term and long term goals and objectives and how the company wants to take advantage of its online presence to meet its goals.

Budgeting for your website:

Every company should set a target budget to develop a new website or redesign an existing website. Designing a website could range anywhere from a couple of hundred dollars to tens of thousands of dollars. Hence, proper budgeting from the start of the project is crucial. We will work closely with you to come up with a plan that fits your needs and budget.

Define the Target Group and Audience:

This is a very critical step and we make sure we have a complete understanding of your website’s target audience. Our design group takes this factor into consideration to build the theme.

Check the Competition sites:

We do a thorough competitive site analysis to see what others are doing in the same industry. This analysis not only gives us an idea of what approach should be taken in the overall design but also tells us how much effort will be needed to beat the competition.

Planning the Look and Content:

Based on the above analysis and discussion, we come up with few ( 3 – 4 ) examples of the look and feel of the website for you. We typically provide you with samples of the layout for the home page and a layout for the inner pages. If you are not happy with our samples we will modify to fit your taste. Since you understand your business more than anyone else, we prefer you provide us with the content that you want in your web pages. At the same time, we will be happy to draft, edit and format content.

Graphics:

Right images and graphics in the right places are an important part in the design. We have a huge collection of available pictures and graphics. Our graphic designers can alter the graphics to suit to your website look. For any proprietary pictures, we ask you to provide those to us.

Final Design and Approval:

After we design the final version, we host the website on our trial server for you and your team to play and live with for a few days. Most often, clients come up with changes after they see all the web pages together. We will be happy to modify it as many times as you want till you are completely satisfied.

Giving your website exposure and making it visible on search engines is the best way to draw traffic to your website. Search Engine Optimization starts early in the design phases. A few of the factors we include in website design are:
